Standard Expectations
All standard sessions are one hour long. Longer session times can be arranged.
Students are expected to start on time. I will keep the meeting open until 15 minutes after the start time before the session will be deemed a no-show and I end the meeting.
Cancellation Policy
There are no reschedules offered for cancellations, no shows, or for any missed makeup sessions. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, then upon request, I will send an assignment packet with tutorials for the student to complete at their convenience in lieu of the missed session. I retain the right to discontinue sessions with a client for any reason. (Should this occur, any remaining paid sessions will be refunded.)
Makeup Sessions
Each client reserves a specific time slot which belongs to them. Due to the nature of tutoring/coaching (a limited number of after-school hours available) I am unable to fill a single empty time slot, should a student cancel. However, during summer sessions (since there are more available hours) there can be up to two sessions permitted for rescheduling per student, if 24-hours’ notice is given. If I should ever need to reschedule a student’s session, I will provide at least three available session times for you to choose from.
Fees
Standard Tutoring $60/hour; $260/month (if 1x per week) $520 (if 2x per week).
Test Prep Fee: Pkg of 10 sessions: $750, due up front. Fee drops to $60 per session. For ongoing test prep: $260/month. Group rates are available.
Homeschool Coaching Fee: $75/hour; $325/mo.
Ongoing clients may pay Monthly or Quarterly.
Payments
For ongoing students, payment is due on the first day of each month. For students purchasing a package, full payment is due prior to the start of the first session. Payments can be made via Zelle bank-to-bank transfer (my Zelle contact: 720-324-1001) or via PayPal (my PayPal contact: scriptcor@gmail.com). Payor is responsible for any transfer fees. When discontinuing tutoring services, you will need to complete sessions for a package, or for the final month that was paid for, if paying monthly. No refunds will be given for partially completed months/packages.
Practical Applications
All clients are expected to practice their newly learned skills outside of our session times on a regular basis (3-5 times per week) in order to properly commit these new skills and any new knowledge to memory. This provides the greatest benefit to clients and makes a pronounced difference in their academic success. I look forward to working with you!
